CallCast is a platform operated by SoftwarePlus Tech Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use CallCast at callcast.softwareplus.app (the "Service").

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed by our authentication provider, Clerk).
Contact Data
You may upload contact lists (names, phone numbers, group memberships) to use with voice broadcast campaigns. This data is stored in our database and used solely to deliver your campaigns.
Call and Message Data
We collect call records including phone numbers dialed, call duration, call outcomes (answered, voicemail, no answer), IVR keypad responses, and SMS delivery status. This data is used for campaign reporting and billing.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and browser/device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the CallCast platform
- To send voice broadcast campaigns and SMS messages on your behalf
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (e.g., team invitations, account notifications)
- To provide customer support
- To improve and develop new features

3. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
CallCast enables you to send SMS and MMS messages to your contacts as part of voice broadcast campaigns. The following applies specifically to text messaging:
- Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Telnyx (voice and SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (transactional email), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), and Railway (hosting).
- Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or government request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call records and campaign data are retained for up to 12 months after creation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure database hosting, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Export your data in a portable format
8. Cookies
